About Us
Meet Jackie
From high tech to high touch
Greetings,
I'm Jackie Davis, the creator and owner of RoomScape Interiors. I
am pleased to bring you decorating information, products, and services for
one-day interior redesigns, interior decorating projects, move-in
plans, realty enhancement services and staging, and speaking
engagements.
Although my career didn't start in design, all of my experiences have
served me well. I earned my MBA from the Harvard Business School and my
B.S. in Consumer Economics and Public Policy from Cornell University.
My specialized training includes Continuing Education from the New
England

School of Art and Design at Suffolk University and extensive training
in the discipline of One-Day-Decorating from industry pioneers.
I made one of the greatest changes in my life after reading a book
written by Anais Nin. To paraphrase her... And then the time came when
the pain to remain the same was greater than the risk it took to change.

After a successful career in marketing and marketing communications at
such companies as IBM, Digital Equipment Corporation, and Intel, I left
high technology to fulfill my desire to improve our lives through
improved environments. Since 1998, I've combined my lifelong
passion for design with years of business experience to create
interiors that appeal to you and your family.
My logo, the Fihankra (fee HAHN krah)
"House/Compound" is a symbol derived from a symbolic language of
Adinkra from the West African country Ghana. Fihankra means safe place
or safe house. It symbolizes security, spirituality, peace, and
completeness. It represents the feelings I wish to bring to the
interiors I design.
Each year I donate a portion of earnings to charitable causes to
provide shelter for those in need. We are all one.
